Cartoonly is intended for a general audience, including families.

Users under the age of 13 may use the App with parental involvement.

By using the App, you represent that you are permitted to do so under applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Cartoonly provides creative tools that allow users to:

• Upload photos or images
• Generate cartoon-style images
• Generate animated or AI-assisted videos

The App is provided for entertainment and creative purposes only.

3. User Content

a. Ownership

You retain ownership of any photos, images, or videos you upload (“User Content”).

By uploading User Content, you grant Cartoonly a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transform the content solely to provide the App’s features.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

b. Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You own or have permission to use the content you upload
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Do not upload content that is:

• Illegal
• Harmful
• Exploitative
• Infringing
• Sexually explicit involving minors

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated images and videos are produced automatically
• Results may vary in quality, accuracy, or appearance
• Generated content may contain imperfections or unexpected results

Cartoonly does not guarantee that outputs will meet specific expectations.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.

• Payments are processed through Google Play
• Subscription pricing and billing terms are disclosed at purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play
• Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies

We do not control Google Play’s billing systems.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Interfere with App performance or security
• Misuse AI features for harmful or deceptive purposes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, branding, and software, is owned by MacJax and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the App without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• The App is discontinued
• Required by law

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability or uptime
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Error-free operation

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacJax shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Dissatisfaction with generated results

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) to use the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
